Absolutely. During the Initial Consultation we will go through all of your needs and wants to determine which services are best for you.

Following an Information Session, we provide an Initial Consultation to assess your needs and recommend services. Further, AHS does in-home assessments to determine government assistance and funding qualifications.

To ensure you receive the right support without paying for unnecessary services, we assign staff based on your care plan. This may include:

• Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for medical needs and nursing care.

• Health Care Aides (HCAs) for personal support and daily assistance.

All our staff are members of professional regulatory bodies. They are thoroughly screened and credentialed prior to employment to guarantee the highest standard of care.

Of course. Following the Initial Consultation, we will create a personalized care plan for you. This care plan can be revised at any time or as necessary.

Yes, there is the Alberta Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) Program which allows you to select an approved private agency (like us!) of your choosing for your authorized home care hours, which will be allocated by an AHS Case Manager.

Alternatively, many private & employer benefits offer coverage for nursing services provided in the home.
